- eBook Access and Resources
Users may receive access to free resources such as eBooks by submitting their contact information or booking a free call. These resources are for personal educational use only and may not be redistributed.
Downloading an eBook does not create a client-service relationship. For coaching services or one-on-one guidance, a call must be booked directly with TBest Chance.
- Payments and Refunds
Most of our resources are free. Any paid services or programs will have clearly outlined terms at the point of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:
- All payments are final
- Fees are due in advance
- Refunds are not issued for missed appointments
- Privacy and Data Use

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and TBest Chance regarding your use of our website and services.
Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
These policies apply to all services offered by TBest Chance, including clarity calls, downloadable content, and coaching-related resources.
Fulfillment Policy
TBest Chance provides digital services focused on mindset coaching, clarity calls, and downloadable resources. We do not sell physical goods.
When you engage our services, you will have the opportunity to review the details before confirming your participation. Payment is typically initiated after a service agreement or confirmation email is sent. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider.
We accept major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your transaction will be securely processed via Stripe’s encrypted checkout system.
You will receive an email confirmation once your payment is complete, along with access details for the relevant service (e.g., call links, downloads).
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable. Our clarity calls and digital resources are based on access and time commitment, which cannot be reversed once scheduled or delivered.
If you selected a recurring monthly option, charges will continue on a monthly basis until we receive written notice of cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below).
We do not accept refund requests for:
- Missed or unused clarity call sessions
- Accessed digital downloads or resources
- Time-based engagements that have already begun
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any ongoing service or subscription by providing a written notice at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellation requests should be emailed to hello@tbestchance.com
Upon cancellation:
- No further charges will be incurred after the current billing period
- No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing cycle
- Access to digital materials or scheduled services may be revoked immediately upon cancellation
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or dispute charges as a method of cancellation. Doing so is a breach of our service agreement and may result in permanent suspension of access to our services.
Shipping & Returns Policy
TBest Chance offers no physical products; therefore, shipping and returns do not apply. All services and materials are delivered digitally or virtually.
Legal and Export Restrictions
TBest Chance does not provide products or services that are subject to export control laws. Our content is designed for personal development and coaching purposes and is globally accessible unless otherwise restricted by law.
